The Senior Manager, Subscription Analytics is a key analytical partner within the Subscriptions organization, owning the metrics, models, and instrumentation that explain the health of iFIT’s subscription business and the in-app behavior that drives it. This role defines and governs the app event tracking strategy, builds funnel, engagement, and cohort analyses across the member journey, and connects product behavior to subscription, churn, and revenue outcomes. If you are a data-driven analytical leader who thrives on translating complex behavioral signals into strategic decisions, we want to hear from you.\nROLE COMMITMENTS\nOwn the measurement and forecast of app-only subscriber balance against annual subscriber and revenue targets, including funnel analytics from install and trial start through paid conversion and renewal.\nDrive ARPU improvement by making monetization data self-serve across payment opportunities, refunds, onboarding flows, and saves.\nEstablish the engagement and retention foundation: cohort and lifecycle analyses, the leading indicators of retention and churn, and churn-propensity models.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the app analytics framework, including event taxonomy, tracking plans, and instrumentation standards, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent across iOS, Android, web, and connected equipment.\nBuild and maintain funnel analytics from install and trial start through paid conversion, activation, and renewal, identifying drop-off points and sizing the opportunity.\nAnalyze user engagement and behavior including feature adoption, engagement frequency, and content consumption, and identify the leading indicators of retention and churn.\nDevelop cohort, retention, and lifecycle analyses, and translate behavioral signals into churn-risk and propensity models that CRM can act on.\nDesign and analyze A/B tests and experiments with Product and Growth teams, defining success metrics, sample sizing, and readouts.\nMonitor subscription, churn, and revenue performance against forecast, and maintain forecasting and retention models.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting that give Product, Finance, and CRM a shared view of subscriber health.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nEducation and Basic Qualifications\nHands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, and event-level data in a warehouse such as Snowflake.\nProficiency in SQL and Excel or spreadsheet-based financial modeling.\nExperience with subscription, revenue, or churn analytics in a B2C or DTC environment.\nAbility to translate data findings into forecasts and variance explanations for non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.\nAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.\nPython or R proficiency for automation and advanced modeling.\nFamiliarity with billing or CRM systems.\nBackground in DTC subscription or e-commerce businesses.\nExperience presenting data-driven analysis to senior leadership.\nDISCLAIMER\nCompensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.\nAlthough we currently may consider hiring in the states listed below, not all positions are available in all locations, and work in a particular state is not guaranteed.
