where you can thrive, grow and be #DecidedlyDifferent!\nROLE OVERVIEW\nThe Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for supporting the assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs by working closely with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to address employee and leadership learning and performance needs.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nDeliver assigned employee and new leader onboarding, capability development, talent development, leadership development, and organization development programs for individual contributors, team managers, and other employee groups across the organization.\nSupport the preparation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs, training materials, and learning activities.\nProvide training, coaching, and learner support as appropriate, applying established adult learning and facilitation principles.\nPartner with Corporate and Operations teams to monitor learner engagement, feedback, basic learning outcomes, and learning effectiveness, and provide relevant observations and recommendations to the L&D team.\nSupport assigned L&D projects, initiatives, and other duties as may be assigned\nREQUIREMENTS\n With 2-3 years in training/learning or related work experience\nWith experience in the following:\n Training Facilitation and Classroom Management\n Learning and Leadership Development\n Training Coordination and Program Support\n Coaching and Learner Support\nKnowledge of adult learning and facilitation principles\nStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills\nExperience in developing or improving training materials and learning activities is preferred\nWilling to work on shifting schedule (default 2PM-11PM).\nWilling to work on a hybrid setup.\nWilling to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Pasig
