We thrive in a team environment and are seeking extremely talented employees to contribute to our team at Freeman Jet Center.\nRequirements\nCustomer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:\nPrevious customer service experience preferred but not required\nMust be able to work efficiently to handle payment processing, invoicing, and associated computer entries and paperwork accurately.\nExperience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting.\nFriendly and attentive personality\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nExperience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment\nExceptional ability to attend to details\nComputer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel).\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAbility to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work.\nMust be able to work Holidays and weekends\nAcceptable driving record\nAbility to pass a background check\nZero-tolerance drug-free employer; includes pre-employment and random screening\nCSR Duties Include:\nHandling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service\nFace-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales\nData entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems\nExcellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service\nConnecting clients to appropriate personnel\nPerforming administrative support tasks as needed\nMaintaining professionalism\nCompetencies:\nCustomer focus- naturally outgoing/extroverted\nCommunicate with customers and employees in person, by phone, and through radio communications\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programs\nBasic mathematical knowledge\nMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by the company’s insurance policy (requires a clean driving record)\nReporting Relationship:\nThis position reports to the Customer Service Manager\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nStand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers\nOther duties as assigned by management\nBenefits:\nOur comprehensive package includes a matching 401(k) program, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
