配合公司出海战略落地，作为核心技术骨干支持与海外技术团队、全球客户的业务对接及技术方案输出，提供坚实的底层 AI 能力支撑。\n\n任职要求：\n\n岗位要求\n\n1. 背景与经验：计算机、人工智能、应用数学、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有 3 年及以上大模型（LLM）研发或 NLP 核心方向工作经验。\n\n2. 算法与训练：熟悉大模型全链路训练流程，具备基于主流开源模型（含 MoE 架构）的大规模分布式预训练、SFT及 RLHF 调优的丰富实战经验。\n\n3. 数据工程：对大模型数据飞轮有深刻理解，精通海量数据的清洗、去重、质量评级与科学配比，具备构建高性能训练语料库的落地经验。\n\n4.框架与工具：深入理解分布式架构原理，熟练应用并能调优 Megatron-LM、ms-swift、Verl、vLLM等主流训练与推理框架及生态工具。\n\n5. 跨文化沟通：优秀的英语沟通与表达能力（可作为工作语言），能与外籍专家及海外客户流畅进行技术方案阐述与架构探讨，能适应海外出差。\n\n加分项\n\n1. 国产算力生态：具有华为昇腾（Ascend）NPU 等国产算力集群下的模型训练、推理部署与底层算力优化经验。\n\n2. 前沿学术/业界影响：在 ACL、EMNLP、NeurIPS、ICLR 等 AI 顶会发表过高水平论文，或在国内外主流 AI 评测榜单（如 OpenCompass
