This role is focused on the US market. You’ll work a flexible 8-hour day, with occasional calls running up to 10 PM (UA time) to overlap with US-based clients.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the vision and roadmap for your project, turning requirements into clear priorities\n\nDrive end-to-end delivery — scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resourcing — from kickoff to launch\n\nKeep Agile/Scrum running smoothly across the project\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked\n\nReport progress, budget, and quality to leadership and clients, with full visibility into where things stand\n\nSpot risks and blockers early, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest at the right moment\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience: 3+ years of proven experience managing software delivery/project management projects, ideally including time in a lean or startup-style team where you worked hands-on with engineers \n\nTechnical fluency: You don't need to write code, but you're comfortable enough in architecture and system-design discussions to make a technical call yourself - not just carry a technical lead's answer back to the client\n\nOR Client Ownership: Experience owning a technical solution end-to-end directly with client stakeholders — not just reporting status, but shaping the solution with them\n\nMethodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices\n\nSDLC: Working knowledge of the software development life cycle\n\nEnglish: C1 or higher\n\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at all levels of the organization, including difficult conversations\n\nAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information and make sound decisions, including when information is incomplete or ambiguous\n\nRisk Management: Proactive risk detection and mitigation planning\n\nOwnership: High level of accountability;
