This role directly shapes our clients’ experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. By delivering fast, empathetic, and effective support, you will help our customers get the full value from their Kyriba product suite and ensure they remain committed ambassadors.\n Key Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional customer support across channels (email, phone, etc.), ensuring fast, friendly, and solution-oriented responses.\nAnalyze and resolve a broad range of customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when escalation is needed to drive resolution.\nProactively share insights from customer interactions to help improve our products, processes, and documentation.\nDevelop and maintain deep product expertise to serve as a trusted advisor for customers and colleagues.\nTrack and document all support activities with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance.\nContribute to team learning by sharing best practices and supporting onboarding of new team members.\n Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills, with a passion for solving problems and making customers feel heard and valued.\nA logical analytical and troubleshooting approach, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.\nCollaborative spirit and positive attitude-ready to support team goals and drive continuous improvement.\nComfort working with support platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud) and knowledge base tools.\nFinancial Savvy - knowledge of cash management, positioning and forecasting,, bank reporting,payments (domestic and/or international), in-house banking, financial transactions pertaining to debt, investments and foreign exchange and/or general ledger\nTech Savvy: comfort with file exchange systems, API, bank file protocols, data integration, automation features, performance analysis\n We champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
