This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking practical experience in accounting, tax, financial management, and reporting.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nAssist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.\n\nSupport daily accounting activities, including data entry and updating financial records.\n\nAssist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company transactions.\n\nHelp maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.\n\nSupport the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.\n\nAssist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.\n\nHelp process payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.\n\nSupport payroll preparation by compiling and verifying relevant data.\n\nAssist in ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.\n\nAssist in preparing tax computations, statutory returns, and supporting schedules (e.g., VAT, PAYE, and withholding tax) under supervision.\n\nSupport the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMinimum GPA: Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.\n\nProgress towards a professional qualification such as CPA (T) or ACCA is an added advantage.\n\nBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) is an added advantage.\n\nStrong numerical and analytical skills.\n\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nStrong communication skills and willingness to learn.\n\nForeign language: Proficiency in a foreign language such as Chinese, Hindi, or French is an added advantage.\n\nGeneral Requirements for All Positions\n\nMinimum academic requirement (all positions):\n\nA bachelor’s degree with a GPA of Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.\n\nGeneral skills (all positions):\n\nGood
