This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resource management, payroll administration, and organizational development.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.\n\nSupport onboarding activities such as preparing employee files, orientation materials, and documentation.\n\nHelp maintain employee records and ensure all HR files are accurate and up to date.\n\nAssist in handling basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.\n\nSupport the performance management process by organizing appraisal documents and tracking deadlines.\n\nAssist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.\n\nHelp with payroll data preparation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, NSSF, WCF, and SDL).\n\nParticipate in initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.\n\nConduct research on HR best practices and Tanzanian labor laws, including the Employment and Labour Relations Act, as needed.\n\nAssist in preparing HR reports, summaries, and presentations.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum GPA: Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.\n\nBasic understanding of HR principles and Tanzanian labor laws is an added advantage.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nFamiliarity with HR or payroll software is an added advantage.\n\nForeign language: Proficiency in a foreign language such as Chinese, Hindi, or French is an added advantage.\n\nGeneral Requirements for All Positions\n\nMinimum academic requirement (all positions):\n\nA bachelor’s degree with a GPA of Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.\n\nGeneral skills (all positions):\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to handle confidential information professionally, and a willingness to learn and work in a team.\n\nAdded advantage (all positions):\n\nProficiency in a foreign language
