This role provides an opportunity to gain insight into the functioning of a school-based counselling service within an international educational setting while developing professional skills in organization, documentation, and intercultural communication.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdministrative Support\nAssist in preparing, editing, and translating counselling documents, forms, and communication materials (English / French / languages).\nMaintain and update the counselling calendar, including appointments, workshops, and student meetings.\nSupport the scheduling of intake screening.\nPrepare presentation slides, reports, and visual materials for workshops, assemblies, and meetings.\nData entry, and confidential record-keeping in compliance with the school’s data protection and confidentiality policies.\nSupport the organization of wellbeing programs, awareness campaigns, and counselling-related events.\nOperational & Communication Support\nServe as a point of contact for routine enquiries and help coordinate communication between counsellors, teachers, and parents.\nSupport when needed in compiling student lists, evaluation feedback, and documentation for workshops or group sessions.\nHelp with research, resources, or materials relevant to counselling and wellbeing topics.\nLearning & Professional Development.\nObserve counselling centre operations to understand case management processes, confidentiality protocols, and the role of counselling in a school context.\nAttend supervision or reflection meetings as appropriate.\nMaintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with students, staff, and families.\nQualifications and Skills\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed studies in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in English;
