Join IFS.\n Role Overview\nAs a DevOps Engineer - AI Platform & MLOps, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational excellence practices that support AI and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and Platform Engineers to ensure AI services are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Platform Engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure supporting AI workloads.\nManage AI platform environments across development, test, UAT, and production.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Bicep.\nOptimize infrastructure performance, costs, resilience, and availability.\nMLOps & Deployment Automation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine learning solutions.\nAutomate model deployment, validation, testing, and rollback processes.\nSupport model lifecycle management, versioning, monitoring, and governance.\nEnable automated retraining and deployment workflows where required.\nCloud & Security\nImplement security best practices across AI environments.\nManage identities, secrets, certificates, and access controls.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.\nConduct vulnerability remediation and platform hardening activities.\nPlatform Reliability & Operations\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability frameworks.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.\nDefine and monitor platform SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics.\nDrive continuous improvement of platform stability and performance.\nCollaboration & Engineering Excellence\nPartner with AI Engineers and Solution Architects to operationalize AI solutions.\nSupport production releases and deployment readiness reviews.\nContribute to platform standards, reusable templates, and automation frameworks.\nMentor development teams on DevOps and AI operational best practices.\nAI / MLOps Experience\nExperience in one or more of the following:\nAzure AI Foundry\nAzure OpenAI Service\nMachine Learning Operations (MLOps)\nModel deployment and monitoring\nVector databases and retrieval systems\nLLM application deployment and operations\nAI governance and operational monitoring\nSecurity & Governance\nIdentity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.\nSecrets management using Azure Key Vault.\nSecurity scanning and vulnerability management.\nExperience working in regulated or enterprise environments.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be measured through:\nReliability and availability of AI platforms.\nDeployment frequency and release quality.\nInfrastructure automation coverage.\nSecurity and compliance adherence.\nReduction of operational incidents and recovery times.\nContinuous improvement of AI delivery efficiency.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to build enterprise-scale AI solutions.\nExposure to the latest Generative AI technologies.\nCollaborative and innovation-driven engineering culture.\nCareer growth within a global technology organization.\nThe chance to help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise software.\n Required Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field.
