Join IFS.\n About the Role\nYou will play a lead role supporting our customers in monitoring and triage system incidents and managing issues through to resolution.\nResponsible for monitoring the IFS customer security state \nAnalyze real time events and triage incidents based on the severity of the situation \nIdentify/gather required data to execute investigations into information security incidents and investigations \nIdentify and support improving reverent information security gaps \nAdministrate & maintain security operation tools and services \nMaintain keen understanding and provide adequate security advisory on threats and vulnerabilities. \nSupport customer compliance reviews, audit activities, and due diligence by assessing and validating customer security questionnaires and evidence\nContribute to improving departmental documentation. \nEnsuring strong customer engagement and managing issues through to resolution \nAbout You\nA degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology with 2+ years of experience in security operations or information security role \nFluent in English and Japanese \nKnowledge in SIEM, XDR, cloud security threats, malware protection, and vulnerability management. \nUnderstanding in MITRE framework \nOne or combination of: CEH / ECSA / Security+ or other similar qualifications. \nAny cloud security specific certification or other qualifications is an added advantage. \nPrevious experience of one of Cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) \nWe embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
