End-to-End Yearbook Project Management\nSchool Photo Shoots Logistics: Coordinate and manage class photo schedules across\nall grades, working closely with teachers, staff, and external professional\nphotographers to ensure smooth execution on photo days.\nLayout & Content Creation: Integrate photos, class lists, student portraits, and\neditorial content into the Yearbook template, maintaining visual consistency, high\naesthetic standards, and attention to detail.\nOrder Tracking & Distribution: Manage pre-orders, monitor inventory, oversee\nprinting timelines with external suppliers, and lead the final distribution strategy to\nstudents, families, and staff members.\nB. Website Audit & Content Management\nQuality Assurance & Bug Tracking: Regularly browse and audit the school’s website\nto identify broken links, formatting bugs, missing information, or outdated content.\nContent Updates: Propose ideas to optimize user experience across all sections of\nthe site to ensure accuracy and freshness.\nC. Media Partnerships & Press Tracking\nMedia Monitoring: Track press mentions, articles, and media coverage across print,\nand digital platforms.\nPartner Contract Execution: Ensure that all deliverables agreed upon with media\npartners (e.g., sponsored articles, banner placements, press releases) are executed\naccurately and on schedule.\nD. Digital Analytics & Monthly Performance Reporting\nGoogle Analytics Management: Track website traffic, user journeys, campaign\nperformance, and digital marketing trends using Google Analytics (GA4).\nMonthly Dashboards & Insights: Build clear, insightful monthly analytics dashboards\nto evaluate digital campaigns, measure audience engagement, and present\nactionable optimization recommendations to the marketing team.\nREQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION\n\nEducation:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital\nMarketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\nPrevious experience or internship in project coordination, website content\nmanagement, digital analytics, or publishing is an advantage but not\nmandatory.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in layout, design, or photo/publishing software (InDesign, Canva,\nPhotoshop, or similar).\nFamiliarity with website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as\nWordPress or Drupal.\nPractical knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and data presentation tools\n(Excel, PowerPoint).\nComfort working with collaborative project management tools (Google\nWorkspace, Trello, Asana).\n\nSoft Skills:\nProject Ownership: High sense of initiative, capable of leading a project from\ninitial concept to delivery.\nPrecision & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when dealing\nwith student names, photo tags, text proofreading, and web data.\nStrong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact\neffectively with students, staff, photographers, and media partners.\nAnalytical Mindset: Comfortable translating numbers and web metrics into\nclear stories and meaningful recommendations.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS\n\nContract Type: Full-Time Internship\n\nDuration: 6 months, with an expected end date in late December or early\nJanuary.\n\nWork Hours: 42 hours per week\nRemuneration: SDG 700 - 1,200 per month.\n\nLeaves Entitlement: 1.5 days per month, applicable from the fourth month of\nthe internship.\n\nLanguage Skills: Excellent written French and fluent English (working in a\nmulticultural environment).\nWork Pass Eligibility: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.\nForeign candidates must ensure they are eligible to work in Singapore under the relevant\nwork pass requirements.
