Join Team Purple. Join IFS.\n We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts and drive timely cash collection. This role requires a highly independent professional who can think critically, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accountability with both customers and internal stakeholders.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCollect outstanding receivables and achieve cash collection targets.\nPerform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.\nInvestigate and drive resolution of disputes, deductions, short payments, and billing issues.\nConduct professional collection calls and negotiate payment commitments.\nPartner with Sales, Billing, Finance, Customer Success, and other teams to remove payment barriers.\nEscalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through to resolution.\nMaintain accurate collection notes, forecasts, and account action plans.\n Extensive hands-on Cash Collection experience (circa 5+ years) with broader Accounts Receivable knowledge.\nProven success managing complex commercial or enterprise accounts.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent account reconciliation and analytical skills.\nOutstanding telephone, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.\nSelf-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nDemonstrated ability to drive issues to conclusion and deliver measurable results.\nProficient with ERP systems and Microsoft
