Join Team Purple. Join IFS.\n The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, executing, monitoring,\ncontrolling, and closing of IFS projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project\nteam, resources, and the success of the project.\nThe Senior Project Manager is acting on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the\nValue Realization to the Customer and Revenue Generation to IFS. Key to this is a firm\nunderstanding of Project Management in general and the IFS Methodologies in particular,\nhighlighting the ability to gain trust from both the Customer and the IFS teams.\nThe Senior Project Manager enjoys the challenge of being the key driver, decision maker,\nengager, and motivator in projects, while consistently having control of both short- and long-term\nrevenue realization along with set KPIs.\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for core activities including, but not limited\nto:\nDemonstrate expertise in interpreting and applying IFS contract structures.\nLead the development and execution of detailed project plans while ensuring financial and timeline adherence.\nStrategically allocate resources to optimize project delivery efficiency.\nSet up and oversee project governance structures, reporting, and financial tracking.\nOwn project status reporting to the Project Steering Group and key stakeholders.\nLead risk management efforts, proactively mitigating project challenges.\nAssess Change Requests and coordinate necessary adjustments to ensure smooth project \nexecution.\nDeliver compelling presentations on IFS Success Offerings to customers and stakeholders.\nManage team coordination, delegation, and workload balancing for optimal project \ndelivery.\nEvaluate team performance, providing guidance on skill enhancement and professional \ngrowth.\nDrive team cohesion through consistent communication and methodology application.\nContribute actively to industry knowledge sharing within the Project Management \nnetwork.\nDevelop deep industry insights and apply them to project execution and client \ninteractions.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction and \nengagement.\nCultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project \nsuccess.\nOversee project quality and adherence to the IFS Implementation Methodology, ensuring effective planning, direction, and execution.\nProvide strategic guidance to the project consulting team, ensuring high-quality service \ndelivery.\nWork closely with the Solution Architect to define clear implementation activities for each project phase.\nBuild and maintain professional relationships within IFS and externally, fostering trust and collaboration.\nAct as a key communication bridge between stakeholders, senior management, and project teams.\nStrengthen coordination between the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Leads to ensure alignment throughout the project.\nIdentify opportunities beyond core project scope and collaborate with Sales for follow-up.\nUnderstand key customer drivers and align IFS solutions to support and enhance their value proposition.\nApply a commercial mindset to maximize customer value for IFS in coordination with the \nSales team.\nMotivate the project team, provide direction, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve targets.\nManage conflicts effectively to maintain project momentum.\nRespond to challenges with political awareness and professionalism.\nIn addition to this, you are also expected to:\nLeverage in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and \nintegration to manage complex projects.\nLead projects using established project management methodologies and best practices.\nStay current on product developments and proactively assess their impact on ongoing \nprojects.\nEmbody IFS values, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment.\nLead and facilitate project meetings and workshops to align teams and stakeholders.\n Essential:\nUniversity degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent processional qualification \nPrior experience in managing ERP implementation projects (preferably full lifecycles)\nFluency in English and local language (verbal and written)\nDesirable:\nSolid knowledge of IFS Software\nParticipation in implementation of IFS Products\nSpecific Industry knowledge from target industries\nExperience in delivering a broad range of IFS Consulting Services\n Experience in conducting projects using an Agile methodology would be an asset\nCertification in one of other Project Management methodologies Prince2 or Project \nManagement Professional (PMP) would be an asset\n What We’re Offering\nSalary Range: $84,300 - $112,350 plus bonus\nFlexible paid time off, including sick and holiday\nMedical, dental, & vision insurance\n401K with Company contribution\nFlexible spending accounts\nLife insurance and disability benefits\nTuition assistance\nCommunity involvement and volunteering events\nAt IFS, you will work in a growing global enterprise software company where informal hierarchies promote simplicity and trust with accountability.
