You will work across the full stack to build and maintain APIs, user interfaces, and backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native infrastructure.\nThis role involves leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to streamline development tasks such as drafting boilerplate code, refactoring legacy systems, and generating tests-while ensuring all generated code strictly adheres to enterprise security and performance standards. Beyond hands-on development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion DevOps and continuous integration best practices, mentor junior engineers, and proactively address technical debt to continuously improve the platform.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deliver new features and solutions independently based on product requirements.\nDevelop and maintain scalable APIs, client interfaces, and backend services.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while continuously improving application quality and maintainability.\nUtilize Claude Code, Gemini, and Rovo to draft boilerplate, refactor legacy systems, generate test coverage, and troubleshoot bugs.\nWork closely with DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployments across environments, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and automation.\nEnsure AI-generated code meets enterprise security standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices before merging.\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery.\nMentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nPromote engineering best practices, including automated testing, code quality standards, observability, and secure software development.\nProactively identify technical debt, propose improvements, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n3-6 years of professional software engineering experience, with proven expertise in designing and developing modern web applications.\nStrong proficiency in frontend development using React (16-18) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, including state management, routing, and component-driven UI frameworks.\nSolid experience building, deploying, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.\nHands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, and related technologies.\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring, and DevOps best practices.\nProven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software products in an agile development environment.\nProven experience using advanced AI coding agents (specifically Claude Code, Gemini, Rovo, or GitHub Copilot) in a professional environment.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.\n We champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
