The successful candidate will assist in designing and building scaled, multi-tenant and high-performance features and demo environments. Furthermore, you will collaborate with highly experienced members of the demo engineering and pre-sales teams to define best practices for demo creation and delivery. You will help the demo team deliver high quality, easily customizable, impactful demo artifacts while continually improving solution robustness and performance/scalability of the demo environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand business requirements, defines technical designs, and develops solutions to meet requirements.\nWrite proof-of-concept, feature, enhancement and corrective code following demo team standards, design standards, and industry best practices.\nUnit test code to ensure business requirements are met.\nDocument solutions to improve the demo experience for the pre-sales team.\nCollaborate with other members of the demo team and pre-sales stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are met.\nPresent accurate estimates, designs, ideas and results to the demo team.\nCollaborate with the demo team and pre-sales team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.\nDiagnose and correct production issues that impact the demo portal or demo assets.\n Required Skills:\nExcellent modern JavaScript engineering skills, preferably including experience with Next.JS\nStrong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, Tailwind)\nAbility to work well in a team as well as independently on individual projects and challenges.\nAttention to best practices, quality and detail, and a personal drive to deliver great results.\nAbility to clearly communicate concepts and other code design practices to a range of technical audiences.\nGood written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment.\nDesirable Skills and Experience:\nSitecore XM/XP development experience\nStrong .NET development skills, C# and ASP.NET.\nExperience deploying on AKS and Azure.\nExperience with agentic development flows\nExperience with automated test frameworks (CodedUI, Selenium, etc.)\n We champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
