The role will work closely with Production, Quality, and Safety to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, support manufacturing needs, and maintain a safe and compliant workplace.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on industrial experience with pumps, motors, piping, tanks, mixers, controls, and equipment troubleshooting, along with the ability to manage projects from identification and planning through installation and completion.\nWe offer a competitive salary and a great benefits package which includes, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K w/Company Match, Paid Vacation, and more!!!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nFacilities & Maintenance\nOversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.\nIdentify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment-related issues.\nProvide hands-on technical support for pumps, motors, piping, tanks, mixers, controls, and other industrial manufacturing equipment.\nCoordinate planned maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production.\nSupport maintenance work-order planning, spare-parts management, and equipment documentation.\nWork with outside contractors and service providers as needed.\nEngineering & Process Improvement\nEvaluate manufacturing equipment and processes to identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, quality, and productivity.\nDesign or recommend equipment modifications and process improvements.\nPerform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and recurring production issues.\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and qualification.\nDevelop technical specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and equipment requirements.\nPartner with Production and Quality to ensure equipment and processes meet operational requirements.\nCapital Projects\nPlan and execute facility improvements, equipment installations, replacements, and other capital projects.\nObtain and evaluate vendor and contractor proposals.\nCoordinate contractors, engineers, equipment manufacturers, and internal departments.\nMonitor project costs and schedules and ensure projects are completed safely and according to specifications.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with company safety requirements and applicable OSHA and local regulations.\nPartner with Safety to identify and correct facility and equipment-related safety concerns.\nEnsure contractors follow company safety procedures while working onsite.\nSupport inspections, audits, corrective actions, and equipment safety improvements.\nPromote safe work practices, including proper lockout/tagout and machine-safety procedures.\nLeadership & Coordination\nProvide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.\nHelp prioritize maintenance activities based on safety, production, and operational needs.\nCoordinate with Production leadership regarding equipment availability, repairs, shutdowns, and improvement projects.\nAssist with training and development of maintenance employees on equipment and troubleshooting practices.\nPromote accountability, preventive maintenance, good housekeeping, and continuous improvement.\nThe duties listed above are intended to describe the general nature of the work performed and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience may be considered.\n5+ years of maintenance, facilities, engineering, or equipment-reliability experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nHands-on industrial experience with pumps, motors, piping, tanks, mixers, controls, and equipment troubleshooting.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.\nExperience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.\nExperience managing equipment installations, facility improvements, or capital projects.\nAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.\nStrong organizational, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, vendors, and contractors.\nPreferred\nExperience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)and work orders.\nExperience in chemical, adhesive, polymer, coatings, or other process-manufacturing environments.\nWorking knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, and industrial automation.\nExperience with root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial safety practices.\nExperience with facility utilities and systems such as compressed air, HVAC, electrical distribution, and process-support equipment.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and comply with required PPE and safety procedures.\nAbility to walk throughout production and facility areas, climb stairs and ladders, and access equipment for inspections and troubleshooting.\nAbility to respond to urgent equipment or facility issues when necessary.\nOccasional work outside normal business hours may be required for shutdowns, installations, repairs, or other operational
