In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to support various financial functions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the parent company.\nProduce the monthly management accounts for a subsidiary entity, including profit and loss, balance sheet and supporting schedules.\nMonthly reconciliations of multi-currency accounts and cash. \nCalculation and communication of sales commissions to staff.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency through automation.\nCollaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support for decision-making processes.\nAssist with balance sheet reconciliations for all group companies and resolve any discrepancies or issues as they arise.\nMaintain and update financial records and databases accurately and in a timely manner. \nPrepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.\n Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accounts IQ, QuickBooks, SAP).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.\nProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.\nStudying towards a professional certification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA) is a plus.\nBenefits\nWe believe great people do their best work when they feel supported, rewarded, and empowered to grow.
