職務目的

• コンタクトセンター領域の企画・設計・業務改善を通して、コンタクトセンターの運営を最適化
• Japan Transformationにおける新しいテクノロジーの導入の企画・設計に深く関わりコンタクトセンターの業務の生産性の向上と顧客及びビジネスパートナー（代理店）の顧客満足度の最大化を実現

職責

• Transcription（音声のテキストデータ化）からの照会内容のサマリー生成化の要件定義
• 感情分析の導入検討、導入後のCX向上、プロデュサーチャネルの品質向上計画
• 音声データをAgent AIを利用し、損保ポータルから適切な回答をBSR（受電スタッフ）へ表示するアシスト機能の開発
• CCに照会が多い項目への次期AIG CONNECTへの要件検討
• コンタクトセンターですでに導入されているSales Force（CRM）をDistributionに導入への要件の共同検討
• 音声システムのGenesysの標準機能拡大検討
• コンタクトセンター領域のデータベースを利用したデータ分析及びデータ提供
• コンタクトセンターの最適化へのサポート

• コミュニケーション力・調整力（各コンタクトセンタースタッフとの協力や他部門との調整）
• 資料作成スキル（Excel、Word、Powerpoint）
• ITリテラシー（専門的でなくてもよい）
• 英語の資料が多いがやる気あればよい。

• 変化に柔軟に対応し、新しい業務や未経験の分野に前向きかつ積極的にチャレンジする姿勢
