We proudly serve clients across various geographical regions, including APAC, EMEA and US.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Corporate Action Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be:\n Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems accurately and in a timely manner\nSending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice\nCollation of Client instructions\nPreparation of Client Bookings\nPosting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems\nSynthetic Dividend reconciliation\nHandling client queries and queries from helpdesk\n Update static data within IG internal systems accurately\nResolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events\n Use various data analytical tools to analyze data, generate insightful reports and streamline process through automation.\nMeet monthly KPI's and targets\nSupport the implementation of various projects within Corporate Actions.\nWho we’re looking for?\nYou’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation. But, if you have that IG Group energy and you can stand behind what we believe in, let’s raise the bar together.\nWhat you’ll need for this role\nA minimum of 3-4 years' experience in financial services with good understanding of Corporate Actions\nStrong data analytical skills such as Tableau is desired\n Advanced excel knowledge - Macro, VBA and power query\n Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money\nAbility to work with a great deal of attention to detail\nGreat team player\nSelf-motivation and organization - the ability to manage your own time and tasks effectively\nGood communication skills.\nThe Perks\nIt really is more than a job.
