You take initiative, work collaboratively, and bring both precision and creativity to everything you do.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPreparation of management and financial accounts, including review and oversight of monthly results for group entities,\nStandard bookings and review: purchase orders, invoices, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payments and cost analysis\nBalance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of a strong financial control environment\nIntercompany reconciliations and cost allocations and bookings in line with transfer pricing rules\n Financial reporting in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS)\nManagement and coordination of indirect and operational tax related activities if required\nParticipation in process improvement projects and management analysis\nWhat You'll Need:\nMinimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in GL/RtR\nEducational background - finance and accounting\nVery good understanding of financial processes, financial statements and risks related to balance sheet positions\nAdvanced MS Excel skills\nAccuracy, attention to detail and good analytical skills - the ability to seek and resolve daily financial and operational issues while focusing on addressing open issues independently and taking ownership to resolve matters\nYou need to be a team player who likes to work in an international environment\nExcellent communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues and stakeholders as well auditors\nExperience in international environment / corporations will be an asset\nSelf-motivation and organization - the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) will be an advantage.\nThe perks:\nIt really is more than a job.
