As a manager, you will work alongside the UK and Poland based Internal Audit Team which assesses the risk management framework of the business and provides assurance and insight.\nIt is essential that you who have a good grounding in finance, economics or maths and an interest in financial markets. This role is ideal for a Senior Associate with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.\nWhat you’ll do:\nInternal Audit plays a key role in assisting the Board and Executive Management protect the assets, reputation and sustainability of the organization. \nInternal Audit covers the whole business and tasks will vary according to the requirements of the Annual Internal Audit Plan.\nYou will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of results from the assurance work performed across a wide variety of business activities. \nWhat you’ll need for this role:\n3-5 years post-qualified experience in Internal Audit\nA background in Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance functions\nFluency in written and spoken English\nTeam leadership experience\nThe Perks\nIt really is more than a job.
