Local and international opportunities within our dealing desk, risk, compliance, sales, operations, IT and many more lie for best performers.\nProvide Trade and account servicing support on OTC derivatives to our global retail, corporate and institutional clients across phone, email and web chat\nChampion the client across a wide range of queries and cross-selling of our products and platforms\nProvide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade investigations\nDeliver an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support)\nAssist clients with technical support on our front-end platforms and chart packages\nConvey any regulatory, financial markets or IG related changes to clients in a timely manner\nConducting audit checks and client administration tasks\nProvide information relating to any ongoing Corporate actions on clients’ accounts\nWhat You’ll Need:\nAn aspiring professional who brings with them:\nA degree-level education\n6- 18 months experience in any client facing or middle office role (experience working with a financial services company is desired)\nA keen demonstrable interest in and understanding of financial markets.\nSelf-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times.\nOrganized and pro-active individual who has the ability to remain calm and measured during periods of high intensity.\nAdaptable to changing priorities and able to work at a consistently high standard.\nExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through your proven abilities in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nA logical and analytical approach to problem solving.\nHigh level of numeracy / mental arithmetic\nComputer literate in Microsoft Office\nFluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) required.
