Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings with qualified leads.
• Convert provided leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable RDX Sports products and solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Represent RDX Sports professionally while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be measured on:

• Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
• Email outreach and response metrics
• Number of proposals and quotations sent
• Sales pipeline development and management
• Lead conversion rate
• Revenue generation and achievement of monthly sales targets
• Customer retention and account growth
• Customer satisfaction and relationship management
• CRM accuracy and activity tracking
• Compliance with company policies and internal processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in US business hours.
• Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
