accountability.\nIdentify opportunities for AI-enabled marketing, automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business, or a related field.\nForeign education from a reputable international university is mandatory.\n12-15+ years of progressive experience in brand management, integrated marketing, digital commerce, or related functions.\nMinimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic business functions.\nProven experience with internationally recognised brands, global product-based companies, consumer brands, or international e-commerce businesses.\nDemonstrated experience leading creative, content, paid media, organic marketing, and performance marketing functions.\nExperience overseeing Shopify-based e-commerce operations and software development teams.\nStrong understanding of international markets, global brand positioning, e-commerce strategy, conversion optimisation, and digital analytics.\nProven ability to connect brand strategy, marketing performance, technology, and commercial growth.\nExperience managing budgets, senior stakeholders, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.\nExperience in sports, fitness, apparel, consumer products, DTC, or
