Director Ecommerce

As Director Ecommerce, you will shape the strategy behind branded website sales and help drive the next phase of online growth. This is a leadership role with broad influence across ecommerce performance, customer experience, and cross-functional execution, bringing together commercial thinking, digital expertise, and strong team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to improve customer experience, drive sales, and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee the ecommerce team, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver against business goals.
- Optimize the brand's online presence across websites, ecommerce platforms, and omnichannel strategies.
- Manage budgets and track performance against commercial objectives.
- Report on KPI performance, budget updates, and ecommerce growth plans to senior leadership or the board.
Requirements
Qualification
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ecommerce, with a track record of delivering significant revenue growth
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Proven experience optimizing a brand's online presence across websites, ecommerce platforms, and omnichannel strategies
- Experience managing a cross-functional team, with an understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and UX design
- Strong experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets
- Experience reporting KPI performance, budget updates, or ecommerce growth plans to senior leadership or the board
- Eligible to work in Pakistan
