Finance & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, good analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports
• Support daily accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliations
• Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with team members on budgeting and forecasting activities
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
