The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Performance Management System (PMS)\nAssist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS. \nCoordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews). \nEnsure timely completion of appraisals across departments. \nSupport KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews. \nFacilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership. \nGenerate performance reports and insights for decision-making. \n2. KPI Development & Monitoring\nWork with department heads to develop and refine KPIs. \nEnsure KPIs are aligned with business objectives and are measurable. \nTrack and monitor performance against KPIs. \nHighlight performance gaps and recommend improvements. \n3. Learning & Development (L&D)\nConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA). \nDevelop and implement annual training plans. \nCoordinate internal and external training programs. \nEvaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records. \nSupport leadership development and succession planning initiatives. \n4. Organizational Development\nSupport OD initiatives, including organizational structuring and process improvements. \nAssist in change management and transformation projects. \nContribute to building a performance-driven culture. \nDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics. \n5.
