You own what you build including development, testing, release, and production operations.\nTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead design and delivery of complex cloud services and cross-service workflows\nDefine architecture for services, data flows, and system interactions across teams\nMake key decisions on:data modeling for AI use cases\nservice decomposition\nscaling strategies and trade-offs\n\nEstablish and enforce best practices for:testing strategy\nCI/CD\nobservability and operational readiness\n\nDrive service reliability, performance, and cost optimization at scale\nLead design reviews and mentor senior engineers\nOwn resolution of complex production issues involving multiple systems\nInfluence how AI is integrated into product and platform design\nCollaborate across teams to align architecture and delivery\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nUniversity degree in computer science, mathematics, IT or relevant professional experience with qualified technical training\n 10 to 14 years of relevant experience\nStrong fundamentals in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture\nProficiency in at least one modern programming language (Go, Java, C++, Python, Rust, or similar) with experience building production-quality services\nExperience building and operating production services\nUnderstanding of scalability, reliability, and security\nExperience with automation, CI/CD, and service ownership\nAbility to use AI tools effectively while applying engineering judgment\nWorking under minimal supervision\nTakes responsibility proactively\nInterested?
