You own quality from design through testing, release, and production operations.\nTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead quality strategy for complex cloud services and cross-service workflows\nDefine automation architecture for services, data flows, API contracts, and AI-driven features across teams\nMake key decisions on:\ntest automation frameworks and maintainability\nperformance engineering strategy and load models\nsecurity testing scope, threat validation, and release gates\nEstablish and enforce best practices for:\nquality metrics and release readiness\nCI/CD quality gates and observability\nrisk-based testing for cloud-native and AI-first systems\nDrive reliability, performance, security, and cost-of-quality improvements at scale\nLead quality reviews and mentor senior QA engineers\nOwn resolution of complex production quality issues involving multiple systems\nInfluence how AI is validated in product and platform design\nCollaborate across teams to align quality architecture and delivery\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nUniversity degree in computer science, mathematics, IT or relevant professional experience with qualified technical training\n10 to 14 years of relevant QA, automation, or cloud platform quality experience\nExpert fundamentals in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, test automation, performance engineering, and security testing\nExperience defining quality metrics, release gates, observability, and production quality practices across teams\nAbility to use AI tools effectively while applying engineering judgment and test design discipline\nWorking under minimal supervision\nTakes responsibility proactively and provides quality leadership across teams\nInterested?
