sales agents fully understand the service product, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines to drive sales revenue at the merchant stores.\nKey Responsibilities & Functions\nResponsible for conducting service product training and sales development activities (face to face and/or virtually) with all the merchants identified to be on the Pine Care Service Program.\nResponsible for conducting the Service Product training & visitation to all the merchants as per scheduled assigned.\nResponsible for attending all the queries from merchants related to the Pine Care Service Program.\nResponsible for assisting merchants to attend to all the pre-purchase and post-purchase queries from customers / users related to the Pine Care Service Program.\nResponsible for the sales output of the merchants based on the training support provided.\nConduct incentive programs to motivate the merchant staff members to onboard Pine Care Service Program during all the buy now pay later and cash sales activities.\nResponsible for refresher training sessions for merchants which records low production.\nEnsure weekly cadence is done with the commercial team and update all challenges and success achieved.\nBasic Requirements\nMinimum 1+ years in conducting service product training and sales development, sales background\nMinimum diploma degree\nGood communication skills, able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other local language\nWorking hours: 40 hours per week (Must align working hours with the operating hours of merchants, which may include occasional evenings or weekends.\nPreferred to Poss own transportation\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nSales conversion (to be reviewed on weekly and monthly basis)\nTotal sales activated by merchants\nNumber of service contracts issued\nAble to complete the training session to all the merchants’ partners at respective locations within stipulated duration.\nAll queries are attended in a
