At our core, we prioritise teamwork and foster a culture built on strong collaboration and we are looking for talented people like you.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on Product and Project Management with technical background to join our dynamic team.\nJob Responsibilities\nProject Management:\nDevelop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\nCreate and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress using advanced tools and systems.\nImplement change management techniques to address shifts in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nPlan, execute, and manage projects by coordinating internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure flawless execution.\nTechnical Oversight:\nLeverage IT tools and systems to measure project performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.\nPerform technical feasibility assessments to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry standards.\nConduct risk management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and operational risks.\nStakeholder Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to drive project success.\nSales and Technical Collaboration:\nCollaborate with technical, sales, marketing, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment of project and business goals.\nAssist in preparing and coordinating sales materials and activities to drive business growth.\nIndustry and Product Knowledge:\nMaintain a solid understanding of the insurance industry, including products, trends, and regulatory requirements.\nOther Duties:\nSupport ad hoc initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Project Management certification is a plus.\nAt least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong technical background.
