This role provides autonomy and wide analytical scope in support of mission-critical insights and decision-making, while delivering within a larger team project management environment. \nKey Responsibilities \nLead requirement gathering sessions and produce detailed requirement documentation. \nDevelop dashboards, models, and analytical workflows. \nPerform advanced statistical, predictive, or exploratory analysis. \nDevelop business requirements documents, user stories, and detailed process diagrams. \nConduct gap analysis and propose solution approaches. \nEvaluate alternatives and build cost-benefit/risk models. \nProduce decision briefs and clearly communicate technical findings. \nContribute to data governance, security, and automation initiatives. \nPartner with technical teams and program leadership to align on actionable insights. \nRequired Skills \nStrong SQL, Python, and analytical modeling skills. \nExperience with dashboards and BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, MS365/Power Platform). \nExperience performing quantitative, predictive, or decision analysis. \nIndependent client-facing communication, requirements facilitation and structured problem-solving. \nAbility to synthesize complex datasets and communicate insights clearly. \nDesired Skills \nExperience with cloud analytics environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP). \nExperience supporting federal clients or mission environments. \nFamiliarity with ML, forecasting, or decision science frameworks. \nIntermediate certifications (GSEC, Security+, SSCP); or advanced certifications (CCISO, CISM, CISSP, GSLC). \nClearance Requirements \nActive Secret or TS/SCI eligible \nEducation & Experience \nBachelor’s degree in business, analytics, CS, engineering, math, economics, or related field. \n3+ years professional analytical experience. \nWork Location: National Capital Region\nOn-client site with potential for hybrid telework \nSalary: 90k+ to align with experience and education\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
