The position will serve as a senior technical subject-matter expert responsible for translating complex functional requirements into resilient, mission-aligned technical solutions.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLead customer engagements to identify, analyze, and refine complex functional and technical requirements.\nTranslate mission and business requirements into robust technical solutions that integrate infrastructure, software, networking, and security considerations.\nProvide strategic technical guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams regarding the selection, implementation, and optimization of information systems.\nAssess business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements that increase operational effectiveness and client value.\nLead technical planning and solution-development activities for complex or high visibility initiatives.\nAdvise project teams on technical risks, dependencies, architecture considerations, and implementation approaches.\nEstablish, document, and promote IT analysis best practices, standards, and repeatable processes.\nMentor junior analysts and provide technical oversight, coaching, and quality assurance for team deliverables.\nCoordinate with program and project leadership to support successful delivery of technical solutions.\nPerform other duties consistent with the scope and level of this position.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMaster’s degree or equivalent.\nTen (10) years of progressive experience demonstrating proficiency in information technology analysis, requirements planning, technical solution development, or related disciplines.\nAdvanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, networking, security, business-process analysis, and project-management principles.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical engagements and communicate recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nA background of Contracting and Acquisition package development\nPosition Requirements / Designations\nDoD Cyber Workforce Role Designation: 802 - IT Project Manager, Advanced; CISSP or equivalent certification required.\nPreferred Qualifications: PMP; ITIL 4 Foundation.\nSalary: 150k+ to align with education and experience\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
