This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead financial forecasting efforts, guide decision-making with data-driven insights, and collaborate effectively across both functional and technical teams.\nScope of Responsibilities:\nSupport preparation of complex monthly financial reports using standardized processes and templates, providing strategic insights that inform leadership decisions.\nMonitor and analyze program spending, proactively identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain alignment with financial targets.\nOwn and maintain execution reporting, ensuring accuracy across labor rosters, burn rates, and multiple budget lines.\nDevelop executive-level slide decks and tailored briefings that translate financial data into actionable intelligence for stakeholders.\nServe as a trusted advisor to program leadership, offering risk-informed financial strategies and surfacing issues before they impact program outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.\nAt least 5 years of financial management experience, including 3+ years supporting NAVWAR or DoD programs.\nStrong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario planning.\nDemonstrated proficiency with financial systems and data integration tools (e.g., ERP systems, business intelligence platforms).\nProven track record in strategic planning, risk analysis, and budget execution for complex federal programs.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical or operational risks into financial terms.\nAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.\nDesired Qualifications:\nActive DoD SECRET clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.\nKnowledge of DoD PPBE processes, federal budgets, spend planning, execution reporting, and federal appropriations lifecycle.\nExperience working with Navy ERP.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power BI, Advana/War Data Platform (WDP), or similar reporting tools.\nSalary: 90k+ to align with education and experience.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
