The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience delivering business applications, and basic business analysis skills to work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nSolution Development & Integration\nDesign, develop, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps for diverse business processes\nCreate automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes and integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems\nBuild interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and decision support\nUtilize Dataverse for secure, scalable data storage and modeling, ensuring effective use of relationships, business rules, and security role\nIntegrate solutions with SharePoint Online, including document libraries, lists, permissions, and metadata Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering\nPartner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine functional and technical requirements\nAnalyze current business processes and recommend automation or optimization opportunities using Power Platform capabilities\nCreate process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications to guide development efforts.\nTesting & Deployment\nPerform testing, troubleshoot issues, and refine solutions based on feedback\nSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve defects in a timely manner\nPackage and deploy solutions across environments following established governance practices.\nSupport & Maintenance\nDevelop and deliver solution demonstrations, user training sessions, and supporting materials to drive adoption and ensure effective use of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions\nMaintain solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and user guides\nStay updated on new Power Platform features, best practices, and governance standards.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira\nExperience developing and deploying solutions within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, including adherence to security, compliance, and data governance requirements\nSecret clearance or ability to obtain one\nPL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate certification\nLocation: Charleston, SC or National Capital Region in VA\nSchedule: Hybrid 1-2 days onsite \nSalary: $100k+ to align with experience and education\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
