This role serves as a critical liaison between government stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to manage procurement actions. The successful candidate must possess significant experience supporting Navy acquisition and procurement processes, including software, hardware, and licensing procurements within a DoD/DoW environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nNavy Procurement & Acquisition Support\nSupport procurement activities for software, hardware, and licensing requirements supporting Navy programs.\nSupport development of procurement packages, requirements documentation, and supporting artifacts.\nTrack procurement requests through the acquisition lifecycle from requirement identification through award and delivery.\nMonitor procurement status, funding availability, and delivery schedules.\nEnsure compliance with Navy and DoD acquisition policies and procedures.\nSupport market research, IGCE development, and procurement planning activities.\nTrack contract modifications, licensing renewals, and maintenance agreements.\nProgram, Financial, and Administrative Support\nProvide daily program, analytical, and financial management support to senior leadership.\nSupport funding planning including funding plan creation, monitoring, and reporting.\nPerform administrative and program management tasks as needed.\nApply strong computer, finance, and analytical skills to all funding processes.\nLead or participate on teams delivering management solutions.\nConduct continual analysis of program requirements and identify opportunities for efficiency or process improvement.\nEnsure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition policies and procedures.\nStakeholder Coordination\nFacilitate coordination across government organizations, contractors, and vendors.\nSupport executive briefings and status reporting.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a Business-Related Curriculum, MIS, Operations Research, or equivalent.\nTwo (2) years of Contract Management experience, including:Program acquisition documentation development\nData collection and analysis\nProgram status report development\nKnowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies\n\n3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD/DoW programs.\nDemonstrated experience supporting:Software procurement\nHardware procurement\nLicensing management and renewals\nProcurement tracking and execution\n\nExperience supporting procurement actions within Navy or DoD/DoW environments.\nStrong understanding of:Navy acquisition processes\nFederal procurement lifecycle\n\nHighly Desired Qualifications\nActive Secret Clearance.\nExperience supporting NIWC Atlantic, PEOs, SYSCOMs, or Fleet programs.\nStrong MS Suite experience.\nFamiliarity with:FAR/DFARS\nNavy acquisition regulations\nProcurement package development\n\nSalary: 70k+ to align with education and experience\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
