The Program Manager II will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with government stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality program outcomes.\nThe selected candidate may work in either government or contractor facilities, depending on mission needs, and must be able to operate effectively across dispersed geographic locations while ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide hands-on program management across diverse Navy business management tasks.\nLead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams supporting manpower planning, operational readiness, and process optimization.\nConduct data analysis to inform decision-making, performance metrics, and strategic planning.\nApply expertise in organizational design and management to streamline workflows and improve mission alignment.\nSupport learning and development initiatives, ensuring adoption of best practices and training programs across supported commands.\nEvaluate and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance mission outcomes.\nEngage directly with government leadership to deliver updates, recommendations, and risk assessments.\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements, security protocols, and business standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:\nMathematics\nStatistics\nBusiness\nLaw\nEngineering\nSocial Sciences\nPhysical Sciences\nManagement disciplines such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management Information Technology\nExperience:\n15 years of experience supporting DoD programs, with demonstrated success in progressively complex program management roles.\nProven experience in:\nProgram Management\nData Analysis\nConsulting\nOrganizational Design and Management\nLearning and Development\nBusiness Process Improvement\nCertifications:\nPMP (Program Management Professional) certification from PMI upon hiring.\nSalary: 145k+ to align with education and experience.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
