The Project Manager will collaborate with senior stakeholders, functional teams, and technical staff to ensure efficient execution of project objectives within a complex, multi-site environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide project management leadership across assigned workstreams supporting Navy business management operations.\nConduct data analysis to inform decision-making, performance assessment, and enterprise reporting.\nSupport financial analysis activities, including forecasting, metrics tracking, and budget-related data reviews.\nAssist with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including identification of risks, development of mitigation strategies, and integration into project plans.\nSupport Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, helping drive automation adoption and efficiency improvements.\nContribute to organizational design and management recommendations to improve operational structure and effectiveness.\nProvide support for marketing and public affairs tasks as required by the contract, ensuring alignment with communication goals.\nAssist in learning and development initiatives, training materials, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nImplement business process improvement strategies to drive operational excellence.\nInterface with government program leads and stakeholders to provide updates, analysis, and recommendations.\nEnsure contract compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to security and reporting requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:\nMathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical/Applied Sciences, or a management discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management Information Technology.\nExperience:\n10 years of experience supporting DoW projects, with demonstrated contributions to project planning, execution, and analysis.\nExperience in the following domains:\nProject Management\nData Analysis\nFinancial Analysis\nEnterprise Risk Management\nRobotic Process Automation\nMarketing and Public Affairs\nOrganizational Design and Management\nLearning and Development\nBusiness Process Improvement\nCertifications:\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification upon hiring.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive DoW Secret clearance required upon hiring.\nSalary: 120k+ to align with education and experience.\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
