We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to assist our customer in their fast-paced Program Management operations. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems (PAE Mission Systems) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s scope of work and possess the ability to execute SAFe/Agile scrum master responsibilities.\nResponsibilities:\nManage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that requires multi-tasking\nFacilitate communication and information exchange between internal/external groups and the project team\nMonitor progress, provide feedback, and sustain a culture of agility and learning\nDrive collaborative meetings obtaining progress updates, addressing potential obstacles/challenges, and ensuring the project remains on track\nCollect and analyze data to determine projects velocity and other critical metrics.
