This opportunity features a growing team of motivated and technically-skilled contributors, the potential to travel to domestic and international locations, and experience integrating cutting-edge technology like unmanned systems, AI/ML, and data compilation. This role will bring significant job satisfaction to anyone interested in ensuring the seamless deployment, scaling, and management of applications in a cloud environment to support the Department of Navy’s fleet operations and exercises.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide project management support to client to include managing project schedules and providing recommendations on policy, project briefs, and risk management.\nProvide systems engineering support for Navy unmanned, autonomous, command-and-control, and mission-system development efforts.\nTranslate operational needs and stakeholder objectives into technical requirements, engineering tasks, and executable development activities.\nSupport requirements decomposition, traceability, interface definition, verification, and validation across integrated hardware and software systems.\nCoordinate technical integration across systems engineering, software, data, cloud, communications, and platform teams.\nIdentify and track technical risks, system dependencies, interface issues, and integration challenges throughout the development lifecycle.\nSupport development and evaluation of system architectures, data flows, communications paths, and command-and-control interfaces.\nPlan and coordinate system integration activities, test events, demonstrations, and technical evaluations involving multiple systems and stakeholders.\nAnalyze system performance, integration status, technical deficiencies, and test results to support engineering decisions and follow-on actions.\nSupport transition of prototype and developmental capabilities into operationally relevant environments and future fleet implementation.\nServe as a technical liaison among government, contractor, industry, engineering, and operational stakeholders to align system development with mission requirements.\nAssist with development of Integrate Master Schedule (IMS).\nCollaborate with data lead, cloud architects, and systems engineers to complete items on the Integrated Master Schedule.\nRequired Qualifications:\nSecurity Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance\nProficient with Jira Suite of tools (Confluence and Atlassian) & Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint)\nProficient with BitBucket, AWS Webservices concepts\nGeneral familiarity with NAVWAR Enterprise\nComfort around highly technical concepts and discussions\nAbility to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nStrong analytical skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTop Secret/SCI Clearance adjudicated\n5+ years of experience in project/program management, supporting system integration for USV/UAV/UUVs\nBA/BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Project Management or Business\nKnowledge of C4I systems and NAVWAR processes and procedures\nUnderstanding of COCOM Organization Structure, Numbered Fleets\nSalary: 120k+ to align with education and experience\nApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. \nIgnite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
