This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture and hands-on delivery. You will be resolving interface, dependency, and design conflicts across application, data, platform, network, security, and endpoint boundaries, and carrying those resolutions through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational transition.\nThis is a hands-on integration and delivery role, not a purely advisory or documentation function.\nThis is a hybrid role based out of Washington, DC. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Cross-Team Dependency & Interface Management\nManage dependencies across multiple interdependent systems, teams, and vendors.\nLead interface alignment efforts across application, data, platform, network, security, and endpoint boundaries.\nIdentify interface, dependency, performance, security, and lifecycle risks early, before they affect delivery.\n2. Technical Working Groups & Reviews\nLead or participate in technical working groups, architecture compliance reviews, technical design reviews, and phase-gate/implementation-readiness reviews.\nFacilitate resolution of cross-domain design conflicts (application, data, network, security, operations) under fixed milestones.\nRepresent integration concerns in Government-facing review and governance forums.\n3. Integration Design & Standards\nDevelop and review context, logical, physical, component, interface, deployment, integration, and transition views at the level required for decisions and implementation.\nDefine and apply approved integration patterns, common services, reference architectures, and reusable integration approaches.\nTranslate solution requirements into secure, scalable, supportable technical baselines.\n4. Tradeoff & Risk Analysis\nAnalyze alternatives and tradeoffs involving cloud adoption, modernization, technical debt, rationalization, interoperability, resilience, and cost.\nAssess cross-vendor and cross-organizational integration risk and propose mitigations.\n5. Implementation & Transition Support\nSupport problem resolution during testing, deployment, transition, operations, and post-implementation stabilization.\nCoordinate engineers and specialists across platform, network, security, data, mobility, and ITSM teams to keep integration on track.\n6. Documentation & Traceability\nMaintain architecture decisions, deviations, assumptions, dependencies, diagrams, and interface records in approved repositories.\nEnsure implementation traceability from requirements through design, integration, and deployment.\nProduce clear diagrams and decision artifacts, and explain tradeoffs to engineers, program managers, and Government executives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.\n10+ years of IT experience, including hands-on systems integration, solution design, or common-services delivery in complex enterprise environments.\nDemonstrated integration experience across at least three of the following domains: application, data, cloud/platform, network, cybersecurity, endpoint/mobility, identity, ITSM, or operations.\nExperience with interfaces/APIs, dependency management, nonfunctional requirements, security and operational constraints, technical reviews, and implementation readiness.\nProven ability to resolve cross-vendor or cross-organizational design conflicts under fixed milestones.\nStrong facilitation and communication skills -
