This position maintains service records, ensures data integrity across company platforms, processes work orders, and supports reporting, billing, and workflow processes. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, roofing, or the service industry, ishighly organized and detail-oriented, and can manage large volumes of information accurately.\nDuties and responsibilities\nService Administration\nCreate, update, and maintain service work orders within company software systems. \nEnsure all customer, property, and service data is accurately maintained in the company databases.\nProcess and track warranty requests, maintenance agreements, and customer records. \nMonitor open work orders and help maintain workflow accountability. \nData Entry and System Management\nPerform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. \nMaintain and audit customer databases to ensure data consistency and integrity. \nAssist with implementing, testing, and maintaining the company's software platforms. \nGenerate and distribute reports related to service activity, technician productivity, customer \ncontracts, and departmental performance\nAccounting and Administrative Support\nProcess purchase orders, work orders, and supporting documentation. \nSupport contract administration and renewal tracking. \nAssist management with data analysis and operational reporting. \nProvide general administrative support to the Service Department. \nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. \nHelp document and maintain department procedures and standards. \nSupport training on company software and administrative processes. \nQualifications\nMinimum of two years of administrative, operations, or data entry experience. \nAdvanced computer skills with proficiency in cloud-based business software. \nStrong typing and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. \nExperience working with ERP, CRM, service management, or scheduling software preferred. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nConstruction, roofing, facilities maintenance, or service industry experience preferred. \nAbility to work full-time (40 hours per week).\nAvailability for overtime hours during the rainy season & business spikes.\nMust be a team player and perform well under pressure.\nPhysical Requirements\nLift general office files and materials up to 25 lbs \nPerform repetitive data entry tasks for lengthy time periods \nBenefits\nVacation Time\nSick Time\nMedical / Dental / Vision \nLife & AD&D Insurance\n401(k)\nFlexible Spending (FSA) Accounts\nStatewide Roofing is an equal opportunity employer.
