In this role, you will help employees and teams across Ignitis Group adopt artificial intelligence in a practical, responsible, and measurable way. You will coordinate the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, develop AI adoption strategies, organize training and engagement initiatives, and use data to understand how AI tools create value for employees and the organization.\nIf you enjoy turning new technology into real behavioural and organizational change, we would be happy to welcome you to our team!\nTake YOUR part in #EnergySmart!\nYou will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:\nDeveloping and implementing AI adoption strategies for different Ignitis Group companies, functions, and employee groups\nCoordinating the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, including onboarding, communication, training, support, and adoption follow-up\nHelping employees identify valuable use cases for Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and other approved AI tools\nPlanning and delivering practical training sessions, workshops, webinars, demonstrations, and learning programmes\nDeveloping guidance, learning materials, use cases, success stories, and content for the Group’s AI Hub\nCreating adoption measurement approaches and dashboards covering usage, engagement, maturity, and business value\nDesigning and implementing AI engagement initiatives such as the AI Hackathon, AI Summit, AI Fridays, and the 1000 Experiments programme\nBuilding and supporting a community of AI champions and helping teams share practical examples and reusable solutions\nWorking with managers, communications, HR, IT, cybersecurity, privacy, and business teams to ensure coordinated and responsible adoption\nMonitoring market and workplace AI trends and translating relevant practices into initiatives for Ignitis Group\n Experience in technology adoption, change management, digital transformation, learning and development, communications, or project management\nPractical understanding of generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI assistants, and common workplace AI use cases\nExperience planning and implementing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technology clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to develop structured adoption plans, communication campaigns, learning journeys, and implementation roadmaps\nIndependent, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach to work\nExcellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both verbal and written\nWould be an advantage:\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, adoption, or enablement\nKnowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Viva, Purview, or Microsoft Defender usage reporting\nExperience building internal communities, champion networks, innovation programmes, or large employee events\n A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application\nAdditional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience\nA hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours\nInternal career opportunities\nExtensive learning and qualification enhancement programs\nMentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful and value-driven work\nTake part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% secure and green energy ecosystem for both current and future generations\nJoin a growing and increasingly international team of energy smart people united by a common purpose.
