You will play a key role in quantifying asset performance and identifying trends to ensure responsible ownership. You’ll collaborate closely with Asset Supervisors, using Python and SQL to transform data into reliable dashboards and statistical analyses. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!\nTake YOUR part in #EnergySmart!\nYou will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:\nUsing data to solve complex problems and find ways to improve asset performance, even when working with uncertain information;\nWriting and maintaining the code and tools (using Python, SQL) that keep our data workflows organized and reliable;\nMonitoring operational data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and highlight potential issues or opportunities related to asset performance;\nContributing to the team’s roadmap and analytical priorities by providing insights that support operational decision-making and long-term performance optimization;\nPresenting analytical findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and discussions with stakeholders to support data-informed decisions;\nDocumenting analytical workflows, datasets, dashboards, and coding standards to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing within the team.\n A degree in a technical field such as data analytics, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience working in a data-driven environment;\n2-5 years of experience in data analytics, delivering dashboards, reports, and analyses that support operational or business decision-making;\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and extracting insights from complex datasets;\nPractical experience with version control tools such as Git and GitLab to maintain organized, reproducible, and auditable code;\nExperience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards connected to SQL databases to support operational and ad-hoc reporting;\nFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams for coordinating work and documenting analytical outputs;\nHigh proficiency in English to clearly communicate analytical findings, write reports, and collaborate with international stakeholders;\nAbility to work independently on recurring analytical tasks while applying statistical reasoning and creativity to solve new or complex problems.\n To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% secure and green energy ecosystem for both current and future generations\nInternational team that is working on dynamic renewable energy projects\nA hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours\nExtensive learning and qualification enhancement programs\nAttention to physical and emotional health: wellness mentor initiatives and psychological support etc. \nAdditional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience.\nJoin a growing and increasingly international team of energy smart people united by a common purpose.
