Given the scope and variety of projects, our team includes specialists in multiple disciplines, such as law, IT, HR, communications, procurement, and more. Every colleague, regardless of their area of expertise, contributes to the development of energy independence in Lithuania and beyond, extending to neighboring countries.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and services
- Building data processing pipelines and integrating enterprise systems and APIs
- Developing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Collaborating with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy AI and GenAI solutions into production
- Working with cloud technologies and modern software development practices
- Contributing to technical decisions, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Exploring new technologies and identifying opportunities to create business value
- At least 3 years of experience in Python software development
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, libraries, and software engineering best practices
- Experience building APIs, integrations, and scalable backend services
- Experience working with databases and data processing pipelines
- Understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with AI/ML or GenAI technologies
- Experience working with LLMs, RAG solutions, AI agents, or prompt engineering
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
