# Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description (KRA to be Delivered): Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, leveraging AI tools to improve coverage and efficiency. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute testing activities. Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs through resolution. Perform thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet evolving software requirements. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify and clarify system requirements. Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts. Stay current with emerging testing tools, frameworks, and strategies. Be available during critical business scenarios and festival/peak periods. Requirements and skills: Years of proven experience as a QA Engineer (e-commerce preferred) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
