If you’re ready to bring your talent to a team shaping the future of entertainment, your next big move starts here - www.igt.com.\nOverview\nIn this role, you will support the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines across production areas such as Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery.\nYou will learn to assemble a variety of products while using hand and power tools, computers, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.\nThis is a hands-on production role that requires you to follow manufacturing instructions, maintain quality standards, and work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble components and products used in the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines.\nWork across various production areas, including Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery.\nLearn and follow established manufacturing processes and assembly instructions.\nUse hand and power tools to complete assembly work.\nUse computers to review build requirements and close completed jobs.\nApply fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination throughout the assembly process.\nInterpret manufacturing process instructions to accurately assemble parts.\nPerform work while standing for the duration of the shift, including bending and lifting as required.\nWork overtime and weekends as business and production needs require.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to read, interpret, and follow manufacturing process instructions.\nAbility to use hand and power tools.\nBasic computer skills with the ability to review build requirements and close jobs.\nAbility to stand for a full eight-hour shift.\nAbility to regularly lift 50 pounds or more.\nAbility to bend and perform physical tasks associated with production and assembly work.\nWillingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.\nMust be able to successfully pass a Security Background Investigation.\nAbility to work collaboratively, make sound decisions, drive results, and demonstrate self-leadership.\nIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve and to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and engaged.
