This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in business systems, SAP, data analysis, and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to support SAP Variant Configuration models, pricing activities, business processes, and day-to-day operational support while developing your technical and business analysis skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, including a structured 12-18 month development program and a 3-4 week hands-on training session in Reno, enabling the successful candidate to develop the specialized knowledge required to work independently within the role.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the creation and maintenance of product models within SAP Variant Configurator.\nAssist with gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support solution development and process improvements.\nMonitor and resolve routine support requests and JIRA tickets with guidance from senior team members.\nAssist with SAP pricing record maintenance and promotional pricing updates.\nSupport data imports, table loads, and system maintenance activities.\nCreate and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.\nHelp validate product, pricing, and theme updates to ensure data accuracy.\nParticipate in testing activities for system enhancements and new functionality.\nLearn and apply best practices related to SAP, product configuration, and business operations.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field with good GPA\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\nClose attention to detail and ability to work with data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong willingness to learn SAP systems, business processes, and product configuration concepts.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship, academic project, or coursework related to ERP systems, SAP, business analysis, data management, or process improvement.\nBasic understanding of business processes or enterprise software systems.\nFamiliarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.\nExperience working with databases ( SQL skills), reporting tools, or data analysis.\nIGT is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects the global communities and customers we serve.
