Responsibilities include commission and OTE assignments, plan letters, revenue and payment validation, reporting, and audits.\nThe role also supports job matching, market pricing, compensation surveys, salary planning, and other compensation analyses. This position works closely with Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, IT, and People Partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales Compensation\nAdminister sales incentive plan participation, including commission and OTE assignments.\nMaintain participant data and process new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and plan changes.\nPrepare and distribute sales incentive plan letters.\nExtract and validate revenue data from SAP before it is loaded into Xactly Incent.\nReconcile compensation inputs to SAP reports and confirm revenue is assigned to the correct customer, division, product, territory, and participant.\nReview commission calculations, validate payments, and investigate discrepancies.\nMaintain audit controls, approvals, change logs, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare reports and respond to employee and leader questions regarding commissions, OTE, and plan participation.\nSupport Xactly data maintenance, testing, documentation, and process improvements.\nCompensation\nSupport job matching, market pricing, and compensation survey submissions.\nAssist with salary analyses and compensation recommendations.\nMaintain salary structures, job levels, and compensation data.\nSupport salary planning, incentive administration and compensation data audits.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in compensation, sales compensation, sales operations, payroll, finance, or a related analytical role.\nExperience working with commissions, sales incentive plans, or OTE administration preferred. \nExperience extracting and validating revenue or transactional data from SAP or a comparable system.\nGeneral understanding of revenue recognition and the difference between billed and recognized revenue.\nStrong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to meet monthly processing and payroll deadlines.\nExperience with Xactly Incent or another sales performance management system preferred.\nExperience with Power Query, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.\nWhy join IGT?\nAt IGT, our greatest competitive advantage is our people.
